Bad Fruit -- Perverting Authority

The last of the bad fruit of Isaiah 5. The magistrates of Judah and Jerusalem were refusing to bring justice, and were more interested in carousing. How like today! God gives rule, authority, and power to magistrates, elders, husbands, parents, and masters, but it's with the responsibility and duty to care for, protect, and build up those in subjection to them -- citizens, church members, wives, children, and slaves/servants/employees.
