Nehemiah's Confrontations

First, in vv 4-9 - Nehemiah confronted Eliashib and Tobiah for defiling the Temple.

Second, in vv 10-14 - Nehemiah confronted the Jewish rulers for not faithfully distributing the tithes and offerings to the Temple servants.

Third, in vv 15-22 - Nehemiah confronted several groups who desecrated the Sabbath and also enlisted the Levites to sanctify the Sabbath day.

Fourth, in vv 23-31 - Nehemiah confronted Jewish men who had married pagan women.
