Jesus Christ = Scarlet Worm? The Scarlet worm of Jonah

287

We're currently working thru Psalm 22. We're all the way to verse 6.

It appears that the first part of this Psalm says God cannot be trusted.

People will accept, “Myself, Myself, why have I forsaken Me?” So why did Jesus say it? To whom is He saying it to? To whom is He saying it about? Or, who is the Hind? Who is pursuing the Hind?

Verse 6... Jesus Christ is the Scarlet Worm. So who is the poisonous gourd? Who are the dogs that surround and close on the Hind of the Morning?

If you start off with the primus that Jesus Christ is God Almighty, that's the right place to start.

Verse 8... The made ones despise the Maker. Why does unsaved mankind seek to kill the one Who is life? And man is convinced it's possible to kill God. That is perfect absolute stupidity. What's their motive?

Verse 16-17... In 16 at the end write in "like a lion." That's 'like a lion would.'

Verse 15... Who's that talking about? It does NOT reference Christ. Can God loose power? How much power is required to remain forever? If you've been around forever you are Omnipotent.

Now pastor sums up what we've covered so far...

The last words of the one who is being eaten alive are in verse 1.

And that very verse is the one Jesus choses to say from the cross. And Jesus is singing... on pitch... very, very loud.

Something very unusual happened at this crucifixion. What is different about this one? The Romans said this is something they've never seen before. Zachariah 12:10.

Pastor goes on. Now my question to you is... Why are you still reading this? STOP. Press play. You'll like that a lot better, trust me.
