Here is the preamble to the Constitution found in the Declaration of Independence: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness"
• By definition, these rights are not given by man. They are endowed (or given) by God and cannot be taken away. The writers and signers of the Declaration of Independence pointed to the right to life as the first of these inalienable rights. Since all of the signers of the Declaration were God fearing, it is unimaginable that anyone would attempt to proclaim that these men sought to exclude a child (born and unborn) from the right to life endowed by God. (Acts 17:25)

• Babies in the womb are somebody's son or daughter, somebody's grandson or granddaughter, potentially somebody's sibling.
• Without question, these children are 100% innocent
• Abortion is a gruesome procedure which causes the dismemberment of the unborn child and those who support partial birth abortion are inconceivably wicked.
• Partial birth abortion, medically known as intact dilation and extraction (IDX), is a method of late-term abortion that ends a pregnancy and results in the death and intact removal of a fetus from the uterus. In the United States, as of late 2008 the procedure was illegal, yet some politicians would like this law changed.
• In the infamous Roe v. Wade "Jane Roe" (Norma McCorvey) claimed to have been the victim of a rape, became pregnant, and appealed to the Supreme Court for the right to abort her child. She later admitted to fabricating the rape claim, and by the time that decision was
