Abortion Vs the Unborn's Right to Life

Here is the preamble to the Constitution found in the Declaration of Independence: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness"
• By definition, these rights are not given by man. They are endowed (or given) by God and cannot be taken away. The writers and signers of the Declaration of Independence pointed to the right to life as the first of these inalienable rights. Since all of the signers of the Declaration were God fearing, it is unimaginable that anyone would attempt to proclaim that these men sought to exclude a child (born and unborn) from the right to life endowed by God.
