The Lord's Supper

In Corinthians, Jesus discusses the manner in which all approached the Communion table. There can be lots of division among the believers of the church. It effects and influences the coming together and the unity of Christ.
The importance is given to eating a meal before coming together for the Lord's Supper. There were those who would come in drunk to partake of the Lord's Supper. What spirit do we come together? Many ignore or dishonor others needs. For there is a contradiction in their conduct of not respecting others.
The Lord's Supper is a visible sign of what Jesus did for the world. It is to refresh us through Christ in faith and the daily walk . Jesus gives us the means of grace to go into the world. He nourishes the soul.
We are reminded of Jesus' sacrifice in the Lord's table. Do not neglect!
