Worthy to Open the Scroll

In Revelation chapter 5 we have the foundation of the gospel and eternal life with God. Only the Lamb (Jesus) is worthy and qualified to open the scroll and break the seals (unfolding future events in the Kingdom of Heaven) because He was slain, and ransomed us to God with His blood. This is essential to the gospel, and we see the scene in heaven where the lamb is worshiped as God.
