There are all kinds of pastors in this world. As such there are a wide variety of men who stand behind the pulpit and deliver sermons and stand in front of that same pulpit and live their sermons. Some are better at it than others. There are many boxes to be checked to determine if a man is a just a pastor or if he is a really good pastor.
