Under God's eye

David, accused but innocent, puts himself willingly and transparently under a scrutiny that is divine, close, personal, immediate, active, and searching. Like David, we should willingly subject ourselves to God, asking for his eye upon our state, our thoughts, our desires, our priorities, our actions, our companions, our devotions, our goal, and our end, responding rightly whether vindicated or condemned.
