Pharaoh's Hardness of Heart: The War Begins

Pharaoh's hardness of heart is seen by his 1) attitude of arrogance, 2) accusations that the Hebrews were lazy and that Moses was using false words, and 3) actions of making work difficult for Israel, beating their officers, and putting a wedge between Moses/Aaron and the people.
Application: Two warnings 1) Our religious freedom can be lost. Pray for our leaders that it may not be so. 2) Pharaoh's hardness of heart threatens to become the heart attitude of God's people also. Beware of willfullness. Seek to be pliable before God.
