Paul here gives a kind of personal testimony of his present circumstances in prison -- he describes himself not as a prisoner of Caesar, but a prisoner of Christ. Paul saw beyond his physical situation, using spiritual perspective. Can we follow Paul's example in our own sufferings, not losing heart, but seeing our circumstances according to the spiritual viewpoint?
