Giving Thanks to His Name

The apostle provided a closing exhortation and encouragement regarding worship. He provided three high promises: V5 - I will never leave...forsake thee; and V8 - Jesus Christ the same yesterday and today and forever and V10 - We have an altar. In verse 15, he spoke of "the sacrifice of praise to God" and encouraged "giving thanks to his name". The only thing left of the Law was that, worship and live giving thanks to his name.
