God's Universal Rule Over All Creation

Five characteristics of God's present universal reign over all creation are discussed as they are revealed in the scriptures. These include: 1) its permanent existence; 2) the extent is to all that exists in time and space outside of God Himself; 3) today God's divine control is generally providential; 4) divine control can be exercised through supernatural means; and 5) God's universal reign and kingdom exists efficaciously.
