The Fire of Judgment vs. the Furnace of Affliction

Isaiah 48:10: "Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction."
This message examines the refining furnace of affliction that all God's saints are called to go through to be conformed to Christ -- contrasted to the fire of judgment to perdition and damnation pictured in Isaiah 47, which is a picture of the annihilative judgment of fire that is coming to America for its rebellion.
