Small Error Huge Consequence Angus Buchan (1 of 2)

The influence of Angus Buchan has reached to most nooks and crannies of the South African church. I stood, recently with two DVDs in my hands. One was Angus' message at Loftus, given to me with a strong recommendation from a brother in Christ whom I respect. The other was Angus' message at Loftus (exactly the same DVD), given to me by a brother in Christ whom I respect. Two vastly varying responses to the same sermon. Seeing so many who lack the ability to distinguish between what is true and what is not, has become a huge burden on my heart.

After writing a letter of appeal to Angus, and not having had any response, I have felt compelled to do what I can to help people whom I love and care for, to discern between the truth and error promoted by Angus.

In his Loftus sermon, he said that before the people left there on that day, they would know what it is to be born again. Sadly, they went away starved of truth and not knowing what it is to be born again. Paul convinces me that it is through the message of the Gospel that people are born again. How I appeal to Angus to preach THE Gospel of God. How I appeal to those who have been left hungry and disillusioned by Angus to hear THE Gospel I preach in this sermon and the one that follows it (parts 1 and 2).
