U.S. Supreme Court Takes Major Abortion Case – Interview: Cheryl Sullenger

Guest host Adam McManus [www.AdamMcManus.net] chats with Cheryl Sullenger, Senior Vice President of Operation Rescue, about the United States Supreme Court's decision on Friday, November 13th to hear the first major pro-life case since 2007.  It involves a 2013 Texas law, HB2, that banned abortions after 20 weeks, required abortion facilities to meet minimum health and safety standards and mandated that abortionists maintain hospital privileges within 30 miles of their abortion facilities. The 2013 law was a direct result of an undercover investigation Operation Rescue did in 2011 into dozens of Texas abortion mills which led to the discovery of illegal disposal of the remains of babies and hazardous bio-medical waste, illegal disposal of drug vials, the illegal dumping of patients' records, widespread abuses of Texas-mandated informed consent laws, and undercover calls and visits showing a willingness among abortion mill staffers to ignore mandatory reporting of child sex abuse.
