13-What God Has Joined... Covenant and Law Inseparable

Let me begin with the old covenant; that is, the Mosaic
covenant.
Covenant theologians take the Mosaic covenant and say that
while believers are not under that covenant, nevertheless they
are under the law of that covenant as their perfect rule of life. In
addition, they divide the Mosaic law into three parts, say that
more than 99% of it is abolished, leaving what the call ‘the
moral law’, comprising the ten (or nine or nine and a half)
commandments, as the believer’s perfect rule of life. I have
fully documented this in my works. This, of course, is just the
sort of conjuring trick or wastepaper basket covenant
theologians have devised to get round plain biblical teaching.
