Necessarily Weak

The power of the Gospel for salvation works in the midst of worldly powerlessness. It is only in the weakness of the proclaimers that the strength of God is seen. This necessity for weakness is actually the necessity of love. God's love comes to us in the conquering weakness of Jesus Christ and so it comes to the world through those made strongly weak by that love.
