The Refuge of the Oppressed

As we remember the history of conflict, we think of the great questions of justice that it raises. In Psalm 9 David, in the aftermath of a great victory that delivered God's people, considers these same issues, beginning with the righteousness of God, passing on to his being our refuge, and ending with future retribution.
