Infant Baptism, Deception & Origins

The question & deception of Infant Baptism has been a source of confusion to endless people who have approached me on the issue for as long as I can remember. Often I run into people living Godless lives who make their claim to Christianity & heaven based on their "infant baptism." This seems to run contrary to the gospel itself. What does the Bible say about reasons for and benefits of infant baptism? The question arises,"Can you point me to the scriptures teaching on this practice?" The short answer is that "infant baptism" is not found anywhere in the Bible.
