A Wedding Without Rivals

We have been told that history will close with a wedding—of Christ and his Church—but first, heaven opens with another view of Christ. He comes to make an end of all evil powers. Everyone is brought before God to receive from him what they deserve, or, to see their name in the Lamb's book of life. All this is needed to prepare the way for the wedding.
