A Pharisee and the Sinner

How are we all like the Pharisee? Is our sin nature still active in this world? Why do we continue to think we have some righteousness of our own in this flesh? How is it that the only righteous flesh is the flesh of Christ? What is progressive sanctification and how is it a lie? What is the only way to be made to see? What is the true nature of sin? Why do we categorize sin in our minds? Why does the LORD cause some sin to be exposed to the public? How is a sinner a being and not just a doing? How is the preaching of the Gospel a discipline in itself?
