Effectual Calling and the Non-Elect

In this final lesson on Chapter 10 of the LBCF 'Effectual Calling' paragraphs 3 & 4 are considered -- and special consideration is given to the fact that there is a general (outward) call that goes forth to all men -- repent and believe the gospel -- but that the effectual call is only for the elect.

The reasons/benefits/condemnations contained in the general call are given specific consideration under the term 'common operations of the Spirit'.
