A. Because it is a promise fulfilled (8)

B. Because it is unconditional (9)

C. Because it is comprehensive

i. All of the person (10)

ii. All of the persons (11)

iii. All of their sins (12)

D. Because the old covenant was feeble, faulty and frail. (13)
