Saints Are The 'LORD's Army' At The Battle Of Armageddon

The book of Joel is one of those books of the Bible that commentators love to spiritualize, metaphorize or turn into poetry because they can't wrap their minds around what the prophet Joel is actually teaching. Joel shows us the LORD's army, made up of the born again Church and the redeemed Tribulation saints from the time of Jacob's trouble. Joel shows us that we who comprise the LORD's Army will be quite active indeed at the Battle of Armageddon that takes place at the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. On this episode of Rightly Dividing, we are front row center at the Battle of Armageddon that ends the time of Jacob's trouble and heralds the arrival of the KING OF KINGS and the LORD OF LORDS from Heaven. Remember how Paul told us repeatedly in 2 Timothy 2 that born again Christians are soldiers? He wasn't using metaphor, we are literal soldiers who will fight with the Lord the armies of Antichrist at the Second Coming. Tonight we will look at the fields of blood, the battle, and the unalterable outcome of the Battle of Armageddon which was already decided in ages past.
