Add to Virtue, Knowledge

This is one in a series on 2 Peter. Knowledge is to be added to faith and virtue--knowledge of the will of God: discernment. This is part of how we make our calling and election sure. 'Knowledge is the compass by which faith and courage are directed.' Without knowledge, faith and virtue run blind. The more knowledge we have, the more virtue (courage) and faith we will have.
