Sure of Mercy, Sure in Hope

We all live with many threats and uncertainties in this world, and these tend to destroy the confidence we need to live as we should.
The apostle Peter explored the limits of his own powers, but then,
discovered a living hope, through Christ's resurrection. We have the
certainty of an inheritance that is not reliant on the cut and thrust
of this world. God keeps it for us, and keeps us for it, through
faith. Here is reason to love, and reason too to exult.
