Part 44 Jeremiah 40 and 41, Murder of Gedaliah

This study examines Jeremiah chapters 40 and 41 together. We look at the installation of Gedaliah as governor of Judah and the plot against his life which he doesn't believe. Then we see the ruthless Ishmael take Gedaliah's life along with numerous other men and attempt to escape back to Ammon with Judean slaves. A discussion of how God uses things such as pagan and evil men to fulfill his will and purpose.
