Like Rain Upon Mown Grass

Telos: To encourage the congregation to look to Christ for showers of blessing upon the church and upon the individual, in such a way that will bring glory to His name and our enjoyment of Him through the Supper.

In particular, we want to consider three things. 1) Let us consider how we may be likened to mown grass in the kingdom of Christ? 2) How exactly is the work of the Christ like rain that falls on the mown grass? 3) How should we respond to this work of Christ?
