Predestination Part 3

We believe in the sovereign decrees of God that rules over all events and things since the beginning of time, yet He is NOT the author of sin. Our doctrine is according the scriptures, according to all the Baptist theologians of the past and the 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith.
In this sermon I quote much from what I believe is one of the best books on the subject. The title is PREDESTINATION, by Patrick Hues Mell, President of the Southern Baptist Convention for 17 years (1863-1871&1880-1887) It was Mell's conviction that Arminianism was not really just a difference of emphasis, but a different Gospel. I agree.
