1 what does the Law of GOD say about sodomy

Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13
-sodomy is sin as it transgresses GODS law
-It is an abomination
-The Hebrew word translated here as abomination means wicked, repulsive, sinister and disgusting

2 What can we learn from Sodom and Gomorrah

-Their sins were extremely severe with their chief sin being sodomy
-Their judgment was destruction by fire from Heaven
-Why this judgment on Sodom and Gomorrah
-It is meant as a reminder and an example that GOD judges sin
-See 2Peter 2:6

3 What does Romans 1 tell us

• Society shows a spiral of sin
  • Wicked rejection and suppression of the truth
  • Rejection of GODS existence
  • Polytheism, idol worship humanism and evolution (mans rule now)
  • Moral perversion, including sodomy

-Sodomy/homosexuality is against nature and not normal

4 What is the Christian to do

-Oppose them (sodomites) verbally and verbally oppose sin in general
-Preach GODS Law
-1 Timothy 1:8-10
-Only way that they will see that thay are sinners
-Preach the gospel
-That once they see their sin they are shown the solution, Salvation in Christ Jesus
