The Biblical Perspective on Homosexuality

What is the Biblical Perspective concerning Homosexuality? Is the Bible's view on homosexuality broad and open to interpretation or is it narrow and defined? Is Homosexuality a sin and abomination to God or is the Bible silent or even permissive on the subject? Phil Fernandes, the President of the Institute of Biblical Defense addresses this issue in his 1993 debate with Rev.
