The Living Dead

We live in a pleasure seeking age where people are lovers of pleasures more that lovers of God. Pleasures have a deadening effect on the soul and even believers must be alert to this.
Many today live for pleasures. They are the living dead - "dead, while they live." Here is a main reason why many remain without Christ today and in danger of eternal death.
From the passage we can see that the living dead are dead in these four ways.

I. Dead to Man's Dependence on God
II. Dead to Man's Purpose for Life Being in God
III. Dead to the Reality of Sin Against God
IV. Dead to the Salvation of God
