We here Isaih, telling the different nations of their demise as nations and kingdoms along with their glory fading because of lack of trust, unbelief, idolatry and things done to God's people. The remnant will remain and grow, but God Himself would roar against some in judgment causing miraculous things to occur, civil unrest and the removal and or scattering of others
