Protecting your heart

All of us need to protect our hearts, we are equipped with the ability to do so. If we don’t do it destruction is right around the corner for us. Out of our heart is our source. If we are negative we will have negative outcomes and positive leads to positive outcomes. This is a reasonable warning. Are we protecting our hearts with the word of God or leaving ourselves wide open?
