What does it mean to be 'justified by faith?'
- To be justified means to be declared righteous whether we are actually righteous or not.
- Our faith does not 'earn' us righteousness. It is necessary but not meritorious.
- We are not justified apart from faith. It is the channel by which we trust God to keep His promises.
