Our Speech Reveals Our Heart

Did you know you can learn about a person's innermost character by simply listening to what they talk about? Jesus said that the mouth speaks from what fills the heart. We give away all the time our level of spiritual maturity by our speech. Bad trees produce bad fruit. Our speech is the fruit that reveals the condition of our hearts. It is no mystery.
