THAT SHOULD BE TOPIC 18. This work is long and will probably have to be broken up into at least 4 or 5 messages just for the main heart of the book, with more to follow for other parts of the book. But, IMHO, it is such rich material that it will be worth it even considering all the work I have left to do and will be well worth your time in listening to it all.
