Are You Needing to be Rescued?

Some of us were almost trapped in our homes, unable to get out because of the deep snow that had fallen. People had to take extraordinary measures to get to work because of the severe weather.

Further afield, some time ago, the world watched anxiously as great efforts were made to rescue the miners in Chile, that were trapped undergound. Thankfully they were successfully rescued.

How clearly these situations remind us that it is our sin that traps us, and it is only the Lord Jesus that can set us free.
