4: The Spirit-Filled Life

It is twenty years since many churches in the UK experienced a phenomenon that came to be known as 'The Toronto Blessing'. Thought by some people to be a work of the Holy Spirit, people experienced strange and bizaar manifestations such as shaking, uncontrollable laughter and being 'slain in the Spirit'. What was it? What differences did it make? What legacy has it left behind? These were some of the questions that were addressed at this Conference.

In this concluding address, Walter Johnston, Pastor Emeritus at Chorlton Evangelical Church, explains the focus and true meaning of a life that can be said to be Spirit-Filled.
