A Father's Forecast

Jacob, about to die calls an assembly of his sons to tell them what shall be in the days to come.The Bible calls these words of Jacob "blessings"- this calls our definition of "blessing" into question, especially for the brothers whose pronouncement seemed to heap dishonor and doom upon their heads.
