Subjection to Authorities

These verses are a comprehensive "thus saith the LORD" regarding subjection to civil authorities. Civil authorities are God-ordained. Like it or not every soul is to be subject to these authorities and to every ordinance they impose upon society, except in instances when obedience would require disobedience to God. God give us the grace always to do the will of God from the heart.
