Gathering to their New King

I serve the Master of Breakthroughs (2 Samuel 5:20) who has delivered me from all adversity (2 Samuel 4:9).

Glory be!!!

"So David came to (what is now known as) Baal Perazim and defeated the Philistines there. He said, "The LORD has flooded my enemies in front of me like the raging floods when they breakthrough all that is before them ." This is why it is called Baal Perazim... which means "The Master of Breakthroughs" (2 Samuel 5:20)

"For the LORD shall rise up as He did at Mount Perazim, He shall stir up His anger like He did at the valley of Gibeon, that He may do His work, His unique work; and bring to pass what He's done before, to demonstrate His extraordinary deliverance." (Isaiah 28:21)

I'm not sure about you, but I do know me... and I need to serve Him in the light of this wonderful revelation and blessing. It gives me great strength, confidence and security. I don't know what you're facing, my friend, but I need my Redeemer and Friend and Master of Breakthroughs — daily!
