Promises fulifiled - A covenanted Kingdom

Paul has argued that consistency between words and deeds was based upon the consistency of God's own word - its content and communication, he then moves to consider one undeniable point - the promises of the OT are all fulfilled in Christ. By selecting one (2 Sam 7) we can prove what Paul said is true. The promises and prophecies relating to Christ have been fulfilled.
