GOD and GOD ALONE saves sinners! GOD and GOD ALONE determines HOW, WHEN and WHERE He will save a sinner!

GOD and GOD ALONE determines WHO will be saved! The sinner is spiritually dead and lies under a state of total inability; thus God must quicken him before he can respond to God and the Gospel. Surely, as Christ said, "All that the Father giveth me shall come to me" (John 6:37).
