Church Leadership: the reason why some IFB churches are dying!

This bible sermon will address church leadership, specifically the plurality of leadership at local churches.

There is biblical structure, order and authority. However, NOONE is above the Bible as the final authority.

This sermon will answer the following questions:

What causes churches to fail?
Why some IJB church are dying?
What are the signs of a dying church?
How to areas of neglect?
How to take care of the normal order of business that needs attention?
Biblically, what makes a good minister?
Finally, this sermon addresses the danger of putting a congregational vote in subjection to the Word of God.

If a congregational vote becomes the FINAL authority, the Bible becomes subject to the people.
