Effective Vs Flawed Evangelism

1 Corinthians 1:18
God's will is for every person to be saved; and His method to bring this to pass is through preaching!

1. Effective: Ignoring public ridicule and telling a lost and dying world of the redemptive work of the cross of Jesus Christ.

2. Flawed: Adapting the church to the "community" so that everyone will feel at home though oblivious to their sinful state.

3. Effective: Focus on the CONTENT of the message.

4. Flawed: Focus on the METHODS of evangelism.
   1 Corinthians 3:6-7

5. Effective: Convicting power of Holy Ghost brings the lost to Christ.

6. Flawed: Sinner determines the terms of salvation.

7. Effective: Revealing the cross and the crown.

8. Flawed: Concealing the terms of being a true Christian.
