Come Apart and Rest

Because we are living in a day when people are moving at faster and faster speeds in their lives, and at times it seems to all of us that there is simply not enough time to accomplish everything that we would like to see accomplished. The demands of school and work, and all of the duties of caring for our life, and the lives of others, are upon us every day. And they are often so great that we cannot find rest. We cannot find physical rest and sometimes we cannot find spiritual rest and refreshment either. And so this is the subject that I want to focus on this morning. How does the Christian find a true rest, a rest which God approves of, and would give to His people in this hectic world that we live in?
