Jesus begins the Olivet Discourse by cautioning the disciples to be wary of seeking after signs lest they be led astray. False Christs, false prophets and teachers, wars, famines, and pestilences will come, but the end is not yet. So be alert, stand firm, and remain focused on the mission Christ has called the Church to accomplish.
