Paul's Relationship to the Church at Philippi and Greeting: Philippians 1:1-2

Purpose: Paul wants to remind his dear friends of his attitude toward them and the nature of their relationship to each other as he prepares to write them a very timely, letter full of gratitude, encouragement, theological depth, and practical admonitions.
Proposition: God wants us to view ourselves and each other Biblically.
