1 Thessalonians 5 PT3 - The Peace God Provides to His Own

This is a study of Paul's first epistle, the epistle to the Church at Thessalonica. This is the first epistle that Paul ever wrote. Thessalonica was a Roman Colony city, right in the heart of the Roman empire, with a rich, long and varied history. Here we turn our attention to the day of the Lord, when after millenniums of His great patience and compassion displayed He will pour out His wrath on the Christ hating and unrepentant evil ones on this earth. The world is continually trying to manufacture the peace that only our Lord can give and bring. Man's rebellion against His laws can do nothing but destroy and hope of peace. This is a study of four of the areas that God brings and will bring peace through the Lord Jesus Christ to those who are His.
